How to Eat Better

It’s also about not feeling guilty or bad when you can’t or choose not to eat the most nutritious stuff. While it might be a stretch to say that eating fast food or chemically treated fruits and vegetables all the time won’t kill you (it very well might), adding self-inflicted bad energy like guilt, fear, or anxiety on top of the physical toxins that these foods introduce into your body isn’t helping matters. National Review article on cheap organic food

The “Aura of Arugulance”
Posted on April 20th, 2009 3 commentsMaureen Dowd writes in the NY Times about Alice Waters and the National Review article that basically says “fresh healthy food is a luxury for rich people”. I love Alice Waters , but I do think we need a “return to basics” approach to healthy cooking that doesn’t require our own garden (though there’s nothing wrong with growing your own!)
