Three Dollar Dinner is the creation of Jerry Kolber (pictured), a New York based film and television producer with a huge interest in food justice and ecology. Jerry is also a regular contributor to the Buddhist-inspired blog One City on Beliefnet.com and is a board member of the Buddhist-flavored activist and artists community The Interdependence Project.
Here at Three Dollar Dinner we understand that “green” is also the color of money. This cookbook is for everyone who wants to eat healthy delicious food on a budget no matter who you are, where you live or how much money you make.
